About Us

Our Vision:

Our vision is to see people know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

Our Values:

Vineyard churches bring the best of deep theological thought to anchor lives and the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives.

We are a Life-Giving, Word and Spirit Church!

WORD:  We are committed to the absolute authority and accuracy of Scripture, even where it flies in the face of ecclesial tradition, contemporary culture or intellectual fashion.

SPIRIT:  We are committed to experiencing the presence and power of the Holy Spirit today, eagerly desiring spiritual gifts and especially prophecy, taking the book of Acts as a vision of what church life can be rather than a record of what it once was.

Core Values remind us what we are for, and to what we give our time, energy, and resources:

·JESUS IS THE CENTER·

Jesus isn’t just another thing we add to our lives. He is our life. We practice keeping him at the center of all that we are and do.

·THE BIBLE IS OUR MAP·

The Word of God is the rule and practice of our lives. There is great blessing that comes through obedience to Christ and the Word of God.

·THE HOLY SPIRIT IS OUR GUIDE AND OUR POWER·

We invite and make room for the Holy Spirit to lead us and empower us.

·PEOPLE MATTER·

God loves people and we do too. We honor one another. We serve one another.

·WE ARE CONTRIBUTORS, NOT CONSUMERS·

It’s about “Being a Blessing”.

·WE LOVE OUR CITY·

Jesus Loves LA. We actively seek to bless our city and neighbors, through sharing the gospel, seeking justice and meeting needs.

·WE PROMOTE UNITY AND VALUE DIVERSITY·

Jesus is reconciling people to God and to each other. This requires that we move beyond our personal preferences and engage those whom we perceive to be different than us. We actively work to break down barriers of race, culture, gender, social class, ethnicity and even politics. We want to be known for what we are FOR rather than what we are against and more importantly known for who we belong to.
