God is doing something beautiful in this season. As our church has grown, so has the need for more pastoral care, discipleship, and outreach. That’s why we’re taking a step of faith: we are preparing to hire an Associate Pastor to help deepen discipleship, strengthen outreach, and care for families, children, and men in our growing congregation.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is who we are hoping to hire.

Many of you know and love Pastor Ron Petronicolos and his wife Tosha. They served faithfully as Associate Pastor and leaders of family ministry, Learning Zone, and outreach at the Westside Vineyard for many years. Their ministry left a deep impact on the community.

But God is writing a new chapter in their lives, and we are truly blessed to have Pastor Ron, Tosha and Nico joining us at Mid-City Vineyard. We believe this is a beautiful opportunity to welcome them into pastoral leadership again, in a role that will embrace and empower their gifts and calling.

Why This Matters

This new associate pastor role will allow Pastor Ron to:

  • Provide pastoral care and oversight for families and children

  • Strengthen men’s and marriage ministries

  • Equip and mobilize our church for outreach and evangelism

  • Help newcomers find a place of belonging

This is a step toward health, sustainability, and long-term fruitfulness for our church, but we cannot do it alone.

How You Can Help

Would you prayerfully consider:

  • Making a one-time gift to help launch this position

  • Or commit to monthly support for the first 6 to 12 months

  • Praying with us as we seek to fund this role and officially welcome Pastor Ron onto our team

You can give online and select “Associate Pastor Fund” at:

Your continued partnership means more than you know. Every gift, large or small, helps us step forward in faith as we seek to love our city and make Jesus known.
